Are you simply an Association or do you have your own MLS?

- Is it a separate company where there is another set of financials?
- Is your MLS source data in a separate database?
- If you are an MLS, are you part of a Regional MLS?
- Which Regional MLS?
Do you use subclasses in M1? Example: DR to indicate Designated REALTOR®
Below are some common memberships that can be pulled from M1:

- Are they all recorded through M1 or do you have additional affiliates in an external source (Excel or other source)

What MLS memberships do you need to track? What are the types in your MLS for mapping to GrowthZone? What is the frequency and dates of billing for these memberships? Will the contact information for this Membership type be in M1 or will it need to be added from the MLS?

How would we link between your Lockbox and MLS or GrowthZone – ex: NRDS ID, MLS ID, Lock Box ID? Will the contact information for this Membership type be in M1 or will it need to be added from the Lockbox?
Does your existing AMS or MLS update your Lockbox? Would you like GrowthZone to update your Lockbox?
Do you use Cash or Accrual accounting?
- Cash: Income is recognized when payment is received, not when it is invoiced
- Accrual: Revenue is recognized when invoiced, using Accounts Receivable
What accounting software do you use?
- Quickbooks -- Desktop or Online

Do you currently import A/R to your accounting software? If so, with what frequency?
If you have MLS, is your accounting through the association or do you have a separate company for the MLS?
