GrowthZone On-Demand Video Training: These sessions cover the basics of your GrowthZone software. Sessions available are: Solution Overview, Communications, Setting up Membership Types, Managing Contacts & Members, Setting up Billing, Managing Billing, Event Setup, and Event Management. Advanced Topics as well as some of the additional modules available to add to your GrowthZone subscription, such as Marketing Automation, Sales Funnel, Forms/Surveys, etc. are also available.
GrowthZone Knowledge Base: This is GrowthZone's information library. Find written tutorials, in depth articles, and submit a GZ Helpdesk ticket here in the Knowledge Base.
GrowthZone CMS: Our training site covers some of the most common tasks our customers need to perform, along with some tips and tricks along the way to help you learn the new editing tools. Existing GrowthZone CMS documentation is still available on the existing wiki.
Role-Based Training
Are you a new GrowthZone subscriber or a new staff member, wondering where on earth do you start? Our Role-Based Training will give you a general overview of the things that GrowthZone can help you do, customized to the role or roles you perform such as Membership Director, Billing Manager, Event Coordinator, and Communications/Marketing Director.

- FREE Live Webinars: An extensive curriculum is delivered by our training instructors via live webinars ranging from 30 to 90 minutes. Webinars cover the essentials of both GrowthZone and ChamberMaster, plus deep dives into additional modules and topics.
- FREE Office Hours: Got a question? Regardless if you’re a Chamber, a REALTOR association, or one of the myriad other associations that use GrowthZone, these sessions are for YOU! Come prepared with your questions: this is intended to be a dialogue between customers and support, and each session is limited to 10 attendees maximum.
- FREE Support Portal: A constantly updated library filled with step-by-step instructions, short "how-to" videos, scenarios, examples, use cases, recommendations, and pre-recorded webinars and downloads.
- FREE GrowthZone CMS Resources: GrowthZone Content Management System (CMS) puts you in control of your new website 24/7. Your site is based on the WordPress Platform with an added front-end page editor which provides intuitive content editing tools to make it easy to add and manage web pages, as well as incorporate your GrowthZone database content into your site in seconds, all from any web browser on any size device.
- FREE GrowthZone University: Unlock the possibilities of GrowthZone! Choose from self-paced learning paths targeted to your job role, or take the Essentials courses that cover key areas of the GrowthZone software.
- FREE Role Based Training: Your GrowthZone software is designed to help you grow your membership, retain and engage your members and do more with time. Whether you are the membership director, marketing manager, billing manager or events coordinator you will find GrowthZone to provide the toolkit needed to help you in your role.
In addition to our many free resources, GrowthZone also offers fee-based training:
- Customized Online Training: An interactive online group training class presented via a web session. You can select from a list of prepared session topics, or we can customize to your needs.
- Regional Classroom Training: Throughout the year, we schedule periodic two-day classroom training sessions at varying locations for in-depth, hands-on instruction for GrowthZone users.
- Customized Classroom Training: Bring GrowthZone training directly to your team of up to 20 people. We'll work with you to customize an agenda to suit your needs.
